myIDM

myIDM is a service platform/webserver by IDM Energiesysteme GmbH. This platform supports access to the heat pump by smartphone or PC, as well as an exchange of data via the webserver. The only precondition for remote monitoring/control of the heat pump by smartphone app or PC using the Smart Navigator Software is that the Navigator control unit has an Internet connection. After simple registration and setting up the heat pump on the web server, the applications can be used in dependence on the user account. Full myIDM functionality can be achieved by concluding a service agreement with the service contract authorised by IDM Energiesysteme GmbH.
