Data protection clause

By registering on myIDM you agree that your personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, home address, language) will be stored by IDM. By creating this user account, you will be able to register your own heat pumps on myIDM or obtain access rights to their heat pumps from other heat pump owners. Your personal data will not be passed on to any other third parties.

Revocation: You can request a deletion of your user account at support@myidm.at from IDM. After revocation your data will be deleted within 14 working days.

IDM reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service (or parts thereof), both temporarily and permanently. You agree that IDM shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of the Service.

For further information on data protection and data security, please contact support@myidm.at. You have the right of appeal against the above-mentioned data processing at the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
